The System

The equipment creates the signal. The deployment creates the experience.

Nimbus combines participant listening, group transmission, facilitator voice, and optional tactile tools into one shared-attention system. Each component has a role. The deployment model makes those roles reliable together.

Halo

Participant open-ear headset

Halo is the participant interface to the shared experience. It delivers program audio near the ear while leaving the ear canal open, supporting movement, personal volume, and continued connection to the surrounding environment.

Beacon

Central group-audio transmitter

Beacon is the central transmission point that distributes the shared program to the Halo fleet. Its value is not visual drama. It is stable, understandable group control.

Torch approved Nimbus product image

Torch

Facilitator voice path

Torch represents the facilitator's voice path into the shared program. The exact public description must match the actual microphone, transmitter, mixing, and mute behavior.

Bridge

Audio hub connecting sources and systems

Bridge is the audio hub that connects different audio sources and event systems into the Nimbus experience. It lets Nimbus integrate with existing production infrastructure — mixing boards, playback systems, and external audio feeds — so the shared listening experience becomes part of the event's technical backbone rather than a separate layer.

Optional tactile participation

A wearable vibration vest can translate selected program audio into physical sensation, offering a tactile pathway into the experience. Broader accessibility application is being developed through testing and collaboration.

Optional. Not a universal accessibility solution.

A system, not a box of equipment.
